PROTECTION MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19¶

HOTEL PERLA MARINA HAS A DOCUMENT LISTING THE MEASURES TAKEN TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

This document has been prepared by a team of Public Health and Food Hygiene specialists who regularly carry out audits to make sure the measures are being properly implemented. We also have the Responsible Tourism seal certified by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Some of the measures gathered in said protocol, taking into account the modifications implemented by the Spanish Government, include:

*Knowing and implementing the instructions provided by the Health Authority.

• Providing our staff with continuous specialised training specific to their respective departments
• Providing the necessary means for our staff to carry out their daily work with the highest safety guarantees.
• Taking the guests’ temperature in reception
• Limiting access to our function rooms and restaurants
• Prioritising online check-ins and payments made by electronic means
• Removing unnecessary items and decorations
• Cleaning and disinfecting all parts of the hotel with increased regularity
• Providing assistance at the buffets
• Holding celebrations and accessing the pool and the beach are subject to the instructions of the Health Authority.
